It'll change as the year goes on. I think when I turned it in last year it was an Audi RS4.

I'd call it "Random Shit" but the administrators might frown upon that.

If I didn't need it everyday I would. But 90% of my schoolwork in on the computer.

It's on here, but if I had to chose between Firefox and Safari, I pick Safari.
And every time I try to download something off Firefox, it corrupts it or something.

Look to the right in this picture. There's about 5 pages worth of scroll there. You're only seeing the tip of the iceberg.

True that, in my library there are round tables with about 10 computers. One day after school, a friend and I got bored, and connected every computer mouse on a different computer. No mouse controlled the computer you were in, and they weren't even in a logical order, it was just random. I still laugh at how everyones so impatient they just physically damage the equipment before asking themselves what the actual problem might be.

WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY BOOKMARKS?
![]() 08/09/2014 at 22:36 |

Physically damage? Like start throwing mouses?

I'm just surprised no one's asked me what any of them mean yet. Where else do you expect me to keep the gifs and memes?
![]() 08/09/2014 at 22:39 |

In their own bookmark folder. Duh.

Hahaha, I laughed too hard at imagining people throwing the mouses at the screen.
But no, They just grabbed the mouse, looked at it from underneath, moved it a bit, then more, and Harder, then just stabbed the table with it. A couple of swear words and they left.

Oh, so like every other high school student who tries to "fix" something.
I genuinely thought you meant everyone had a short temper and was actually breaking and throwing things!

Damn you, I had a paper I needed to write.

Sorry, not this weekend! I haven't even seen all of those gifs.
There's just so much...

Dude, I think no one has enough patience to figure out what was the problem. We also did that with a very cool teacher that didn't care if you did something "inappropriate". We added a little piece of paper under the mouse sensor. He got so mad he took the mouse off and took it to the office to shout that the equipment he used was useless. He is Canadian and his last name is Horsewood.

Horsewood? HAHAHAHA.

Ian Dorotheo Horsewood. Best teacher ever. In fact, I wrote a part of my first properly published book thanks to him.

Why can't you install Chrome? I remember reading one of your posts saying this is a school computer so it's locked down. My work Mac is also locked down by our IT folks, but Macs are awesome in that you can run most applications from anywhere on the computer.
Just make yourself your own "applications" folder somewhere in your user account and drop your apps there. Because most/many Mac apps are fully self-contained, you don't have to worry about "installing" anything per sé. Can confirm this works for Chrome.

You should try it, laugh for days, and if you get caught just say you are practicing "Computational Engineering"
